Communication: Wellington branch did not get our container on rail in time to meet our edlivery date, and did not communicate this change to us. We had to call to check to discover this. Delivery: Delayed as foregoing comment - also meant an extra day in motel for us. Administration: Same comment as for communication - note that Christchurch branch were spot-on in keeping us advised and meeting their undertakings.

The two packers, mike and gracey and driver Robin did an abosolutely awesum job and were a pleasure to have in my home. They were friendly, helpful and very professional. Nothing was a problem. Caroline did our quote and oversaw the move. She was also very helpful and professional and was easy to contact and responsive. Unfortunately there was an excess of items to move and this resulted in a delay of three days for all our household items to arrive at their final destination. I did expect some contact from management regarding this but unfortunately that did not occur. However overall the Conroys people that we had contact with did an absolutely excellent job. This is not the first move I have done with Conroys and it most likely will not be the last. Thankyou Conroys apart from a communication lapse you did an excellent job and your first contact, quote , packing and trucking people were amazing.
The shipment has now arrived and has been transferred to my home on the Island without problem. There was no damage to any of the cases and the pictures are in perfect shape. This was my 7th international move and the smothest of them all. Many thanks to all concerned.
Prompt response for initial survey and reasonable quote. Guys who packed truck and delivered were awesome ~ thanks Neville and Krish! Unfortunately we had some excess items that wouldn’t fit in container but they arrived safely 4 days later after a bit of chasing up. Overall very happy with job.
