Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersThe delivery guys were not great as they really couple not be bothered and had massive attitude. Using my balcony rail to vault between the house and van was wrong. Not knowing if they should be unpacking or not and asking me to call their office rather than them finding out was bad. Took a long time to collect boxes. Office staff very friendly and helpful, just execution of delivery poor.
Pleasant & quick service. More care needed when stowing at storage facility eg heavy items ontop of flimsy furniture. Otherwise fine.
The space allocated to my furniture on removal from Levin Tararua road was no where big enough.I had given dimensions of storage shed over the phone. Watching all my furniture being shoved in a tiny space was stressful.I realize it is of no fault of the driver who picked it up. By the time it arrived at my new home I was amazed only one item had a broken leg and of course my large pot plants didnt travel well. Once again the driver and man helping from Tauranga were polite and did a great job.
Great move and movers very efficient and helpful
The service in Auckland was great from initial the initial visit to access the furniture to pack to the actual packers. The agent picked by Conroy in Madrid is not the best. Very poor service and unpleasant delivery team. They very quickly literally dumped The goods inside the house, refusing adamantly to unpack/ take any packaging back.

The only issue was that the truck destined for the address was held up at previous jobs and was running over an hour late. Fortuinately another truck became free and very kindly came and did the pick-up. The guys who came were efficient, quick, careful, and friendly. Much appreciated.
I was agast at the lack of attention to protecting obvious fragile goods ie; slabs of bench top granite .which could break in two and did break.Whats more that item was the most expensive part of the kitchen and was in insurable by you company Shame on you!!You must have known with experience the end result would be disastrous If you won’t insure such items like synonyms then to protect your companies name make sure you adequately protect the expensive and fragile freight which is being delivered
