We paid a premium price and got average service at best
From start to finish I received outstanding service and can't thank the team enough for everything. I was really nervous about sending my life off in a container bound for Hawkes Bay from Auckland but I needed have been. As soon as McQuay and Matt arrived to load I knew everything would be okay! They were such awesome guys, not only did they do a great job, we really enjoyed their company. Then to make my experience even better Pete and Hux unloaded into my new home with so much professionalism and care. Another couple of great guys! It was pleasure to deal with all of them. And a big huge thank you to Scott who gave the best quote and was also really patient when I kept changing my dates! I'm really impressed with Conroy's and have already used them again for a new furniture pick up. Keep up the fantastic work and I hope the boys all get a big pat on the back - they deserve it.
The two men who moved my belongings were efficient, hard-working, careful, willing, polite - and strong.
No damage occurred and my move was completed in good time and at modest cost..
And the organisation and 'office work' was completed efficiently.

Darcy and Matt packed up my house in Auckland and they were fabulous. Quick but very careful with my belongings. I then had Richard and Mark to unload in Whanganui and again, the service was excellent. Your staff are to be commended on their performance.

You did a great job. The pack up was a bit slow with only one person for the first 4 or so hours but we got there. Everyone was very professional. Thank you.
Great move all my pieces arrived in tack and no breakages. Friendly and helpful delivery guys.
I thought your service was second to none. Even if I did help load the truck with the driver and the off sider. But overall excellent service.
Other than late arrival of pick up (4.5 hrs late) no other complaints. Was advised night before it would be 10am so happy with that. But time kept getting pushed out every hour. Felt like I had been put back so they could fit in another job, when I had booked 6 weeks prior. Would have liked to be closer to the time I had signed for pickup as this made us very late for our destination arrival.
Service for delivery was very good, took good care not to get anything on flooring by laying blankets in entrance ways. Many thanks.
The communcation was good and friendly, the service was great and you managed to deliver to my house earliwr than I expected... that is really appreciated.
We really appreciate the service we had, everyone we dealt with was very helpful and nothing was a problem.
