Both men were polite and I thought that they handle my belongings with such care.
Highly recommend Conroy Removals. They picked up my mothers possessions from a remote part of Hokianga and brought them down to Rotorua the following week, packed into storage perfectly. I was quite surprised with some of the things my mother brought down but she is grieving the recent loss of my step father so that explains alot. Thank you for the constant communication and professionalism you have shown.
the items werent noted correctly and not everything was listed when Nathan come around to do inspection & quote etc .. luckily the truck was big enough
Thanks for a good job. Would have rated you a 5, but Caroline didn’t get back to me after my first call, and no one let me know the sculpture was not going to be delivered same day. Neither were big deals, but maybe think about your communication with customers.

Great service. The only concern was delivery service. The delivery crew was not informed of their responsibilities abd did not wanted to help us.
This is the second time that I have used Conroys and I was even more impressed this time. The uploading crew were very good and quick but the packer/stacker was absolutely amazing and the truck was packed quickly and efficiently. The delivery crew were wonderfully upbeat and positive which made the whole moving experience almost enjoyable!! The driver was the same packer/stacker and his driving/reversing skills were just as amazing :) I am very grateful to all that participated in my move and thank them all for their efficiency and sense of humour.
