I understand the young boy who was part of the delivery team was new to the job,but he could do with a few lessons on packing boxes into a tight space. In no way do I want him to get in trouble for this as he was a great young boy & still learning the ropes Thanks

The three guys that moved us in were amazing. They did everything with care and NOTHING was damaged! Unlike previous movers I didn’t feel I needed to supervise to ensure things were done carefully! We had a lot of beautiful furniture and art and everything was packed and placed with care. Watching the unpack was like a jigsaw unfolding, nothing was a problem! We were so impressed by the movers, we will use Conroys again. The only criticism would be Ben in the office - we were delayed getting the key due to lawyers and he was pretty grumpy and critic regarding whether we had actually called him that morning ... we had been calling from 7.45 am but no response on the office lines.
Nothing was a problem, professional, friendly, prompt, excellent service right from Debbie in the office to Sloan on the ground. Debbie is a keeper! She is so friendly and was such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Conroys, - moving is stressful but you guys made it as good as it could be.

All went smoothly - except packing was slow. (For some reason the team brought less than half the number of cartons required and had to return to the depot for more). Not a big issue but unnecessary. The uplift and deivery team were delightful and could not have been more efficient, friendly and helpful. In particular they handled a steep driveway on departure with aplomb.
I was very impressed with the service and support I received from Conroys. I found the staff friendly and helpful and very easy to deal with. Both teams were careful and professional with their packing loading and unloading. I'd like to think that there's an easier way to check off the goods when they arrive at the destination and thought that barcodes which can be scanned would be far less time consuming than having to search through 180 items on the loading documentation. However, the overall experience was very positive so thank you very much Conroys!
Three of my 50ltr plastic containers came back with broken lids but apart from that everything else was ok.
Thank you for the overall awesome experience. I would highly recoommend this service to others who want to return home to NZ.
The team was friendly and nice but not the best packers. Instead of breaking down some shelving from the garage they put into the truck whole so now the framing is all bent and buckled. When unloaded in Nelson it was pouring with rain and the guys didn't cover the MDF board (the shelves of this unit) and so they got wet and swollen. One of clocks must have been dropped as second hand is useless and drops to half past all the time and one of our bedside cabinets made of soled wood has been split apart. Also a heavy light stand was put into a box with a lot of folders which are now all bent.
A little more care would have solved most of these problems

the guys at pick up and drop off were great however there was alot of small bits of damage on quite a few items and this was a concern to us. A leg off an entertainment unit was gone all together and no body even said anything
