Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersPacking was great, thanks. The communication was not up to expectations. I was told that if get confirmation of pick up day and time so I could organise somebody atthe pick up point. I would be notified when the pick up was complete. Neither of those things happened, and the movers turned up seemingly out of the blue very early in the morning. Those two bits of comms should be the bare minimum.
Something that would tip the scales is a tracking system or a progress SMS, something to reassure that there is movement. The Australian arm did this really well.
It felt like I missed out on an entire email chain, I was so uninformed about my freight.
Packing was great and phone demeanor was generally great too.
Good Move crew and nothing damaged.
Be nice if we could have someone take the plastic covers that covered our furniture as this takes up a lot of room in the bins, and as you can imagine after moving always creates more rubbish.
Overall Conroys gave excellent service. The only negative was that on the actual day of our move they were meant to arrive at 9.00am but did not arrive until 10.30am
You damaged two items of my furniture, one beyond repair (in the process of claiming). Then when my stuff arrived one of your removal agents smoked in my garden and flicked his cigarette butt into my garden, and after that left a box of books out in the rain and I had to bring it in. The other guy was very apologetic for his colleague, but the other guy needs a serious lesson in professional behaviour.
I had to ring to confirm pick up and drop off times
the guys at pick up and drop off were great however there was alot of small bits of damage on quite a few items and this was a concern to us. A leg off an entertainment unit was gone all together and no body even said anything
Great team to work with, extremely friendly team of people
I understand the young boy who was part of the delivery team was new to the job,but he could do with a few lessons on packing boxes into a tight space. In no way do I want him to get in trouble for this as he was a great young boy & still learning the ropes Thanks
