Conroys offered a prompt reply and assistance at booking. Extending my storage period was accepted promptly and great communicatiion. Friendly, helpful staff for the moving in and out. A great service all round.

Conroys moved us out of our four-bedroom home where we had lived for over 20 years, held our stuff over a long weekend and then delivered to our new home. We were hugely impressed with their efficiency, attitude and general all-round performance, which resulted in a stress-free move and no breakages! Grateful thanks to all involved.

The weather was miserable but the two men covered and protected all furniture from the rain and their manner and efficiency brought "sunshine" to our day. The job was carried out with well-planned coordination. In this way they dealt with the difficulties of automatic doors and lifts to complete the removal to a third floor apartment. We were very impressed and pleased with the job they did.

The communication both I Australia and New Zealand was excellent. At every stage of the process I knew what was happening and when the next point of contact would be. This is the second time I have used Conroy's as they stored my furniture 12 years ago prior to moving me to Australia.
I have had excellent service from them and would definitely use them again and would refer my friends and colleagues to them.
The administration side of the move was great; efficient and good communication. However I was disappointed with the care taken with our items on delivery. The ends of all matresses were filthy, indicating that they had not been wrapped, as promised in our contract, but stacked on the dirty floor of the truck. On delivery I observed one of our wooden dining chairs dropped causing a large chip and scratches. Next a concrete tile carried on a trolley tipped off and crashed into a rattan outdoor chair causing damage to this also. Both these happened simply out of lack of care.
