One of the movers damaged my newly built house's study room door during delivery. He also put a mark on my newly painted garage wall.
On the positive side, the movers were friendly and showed up on time.
The guys that delivered our furniture were professional, clean and very helpful, thank you guys you done yourselves proud
The 3 staff were very professional and friendly.
The packing was excellent and superb. The only are where I think you may inprove just a bit was in the the packing list.
I would suggest this if the shipping is going internationally. This is becasue customs would like to have an idea of what items are in each box or package. We had a few items that were listed simply as "Misc" or "Suitcase" etc. And this was not enought information for customs
Othewise, we would rate the entire eperience the best ever. And we have moved internationally severl times in our lives.

We have now finished unpacking all items.
Only damage is broken glass of one framed picture.
So far we are missing 2 toilet brush sets and my son's Kindle bookreader.
Just after we left the house, It was realised this Kindle and a special bed pillow had been left in the house . The Conroy Container and packers had also left and we were unable to re-enter the house.
I left a message with someone {you ?} that morning 23rd Jan to ask if the packing supervisor would ring me - no-one rang me back.
We asked the land agent to have a look and she could not find the Kindle. Last week I asked the new owners and they had not found it.
The pillow turned up in one of the cartons, but no sign of the Kindle, value c.$250
It doesn't leave many options as to where the Kindle is.
If we made a claim, value after excess would only be for broken picture from glass and 2 toilet brush sets.
We may still realise other items are missing.
This is a pity as otherwise the we are very pleased with whole operation.
One thing that disturbed me was as the last item was delivered, your man, despite my objection, required me to sign each itemised sheet and overall contract sheet. This was before unpacking which has only just finished.
