Office ladies and the 3 men who picked my belongings up were fantastic. However the 2 men who delivered my belongings to the destination were awful, they never introduced themselves and one guy complained the whole time. My belongings got transferred from a container to a truck and it was stacked terribly in the truck for a table to come off with a broken leg, all my plastic containers were smashed, I was told my dressing table was crap my bbq was upside down and the lid is now wobbly, my nanas heirloom couch is stained nothing was treated with respect and love for a door to door service at the other end. A shame after the awesome experience I received at the start. 

Thank you Conroy for the wonderful service.  We enjoy the updates of what was happening with our products. 

The entire service with Conroy was excellent from the intitial contact to the removal service - couldn't fault them.  I did find something in the cupboard that should have gone but that was on me for not checking.  I was super impressed that the truck arrived 30mins early than scheduled time.  The 3 people who did the move were brilliant, got on with the job  no dramas just got on and made it happen - big thanks to them.

All was good. There is still one extra box that I notified the office about. They promissed pick up but did not happen so far.

Some damage done to the goods but it was just bad luck.
