"Absolutely nothing damaged or broken"
I stored my house furniture with Conroy for 14 years whilst I lived in Sydney. I also used Conroy Sydney to ship home more effects which were added to ChCh storage until delivery day 27 February 2016. Absolutely nothing damaged or broken, furniture in same condition, delivered on time and efficiently on delivery day. Storage monthly premiums were very reasonable and deducted automatically. Only increased after 13 years for $5 per month only. Very pleased overall with Conroy and have already recommended to friends and family.

Aus end gave me updates when trough customs etc which I thought was very good.. The staff both ends were very good quick and friendly . I was very impressed with both sides.

right from the moment I looked up furniture removal companies online I was impressed with Conroy Removals. Their web site was so helpful, the best I looked at. Then when Graeme Dillon came up to the house, first thing in the morning, he was able to answer all my questions and give me the information I needed. That evening I had a schedule of items and a quotation emailed to me. Very prompt. Then Joanne sent through a very clearly detailed Invoice, which was very easy to pay to their bank a/c. Then the day before the move the packer, I think his name was Jay, arrived and spent a good part of the day packing. He was very efficient and a pleasure to have on board. The day of the shift went very smoothly, I'm sorry I didn't get names of two of the guys, but I think the boss was Aru. They all did a really brilliant job. My household lot is now in storage but I'm confident they will do another good job when they deliver my goods to my new place. Dianne

I understand that it is very easy for people to complain about a services, so we like to compliment the 2 guys and Conroy for the amazing service we received. As I was at work at the time, my wife commented on how at ease she felt with the guys and how efficient they were. Everything was placed in the correct way and how we wanted them. Can you just relay to the guys on what a great service they provided and certainly need a tap on the back from their manager!!!!!! Best regards,Scott & Sarah
