Graham and Lu turned up right on time even though the gps sent them a weird way! They were awesomely friendly, courteous, respectful of my things and extremely efficient.
These guys were fantastic to have helping me out and next time I'll definitely use them : )

Conroy have been great on both sides of the Tasman from the initial query right through to the friendly guys unloading the truck! The actual packing and delivery & unpacking service is fantastic where you can literally point them to the things you want packed/positioned and they look after it for you.

"Everything was handled with care"
The move was smooth. Down to earth people. Everything was handled with care, but the only thing I could say bad is that only 1 item wasn't with all my stuff but they in search for it right now. Of all things an 8 seater table. But other wise awesome to deal with. Hopefully my table gets back to me by Christmas.
"The delivery was late"
The service was very good thank you. I omitted to ask you to keep me informed if the delivery was running late and unfortunately, as I was unavailable, some friends were waiting with our key to open the house. The delivery was late, they were very gracious. All was delivered in good condition thank you again.

The boys shifting us were very cheerful, respectful and careful with our gear. They were also thoughtful about how they loaded up which meant unloading was quick. We felt that they were very trustworthy and skillful at what they do.

Your consultant Nicky Bourke made the process easy for us. Everything was explained in detail and all questions answered via our daughter. We are quite elderly so having Nicky communicate with us via our daughter was very important.
"truck negotiation was excellent"
I haven't seen my furniture where it's now living but I was impressed at the artistry of the man who picked up the furniture. His truck negotiation was excellent and so was his packing. My sister says the 2 who dropped off the furniture in the pouring rain were very personable.
The two men were very efficient, professional and friendly. This is the second time we have used Conways and I would recommend without hesitation.
