Packers were excellent, THANK YOU. extremely efficient vehicle packing, THANK YOU and well mannered, polite people. nothing was a problem. EXCEPT the underestimation of the amout to move. (10 cubes). As I was an extimator (years ago) I advised your Estimator that extra should be added as I knew there would be a huge removal. I would have been happy if it had been overestimated and any difference refunded. This resulted in needing another truck and staff. (obviously not profitable for the business as this is as lot be be out by.) also the bits and pieces left till the friday for packing including our new computer were not packed as well as they could be, as i was advised they would be the day before. explanation was the guys loading the truck were not packers and they did the best they could. maybe a basic packing course, to cover the odds and ends left till the last minute. But overall very impressed.

They were amazing. Turned up when they said - in fact earlier. How they can carry heavy appliances by themselves is staggering. Their communications were spot on. Would definately use Conroys again if needed and will recommend them to others.

The whole process was stress-free and meticulous from beginning to end. Packing my things and loading everything onto the truck was efficient and careful. Equally so at the other end. Furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it and boxes placed in the appropriate room. All the Conroy workers were efficient, careful, friendly, and always cheerful and pleasant. The timetable of every step of the move was told to me well in advance and was strictly adhered to. Wonderful service all round from Conroy!

The two guys Were eventually supported by a third . They were really conscientious and systematic and friendly in the delivery and unpacking of my shipment .
