The guys here in NZ have been very informative throughout the whole journey even when we got stuck in the middle of Covid-19 they were able to keep the communication lines open.
A massive move all the way from South Africa. Not a single broken or damaged item. We were not charged for unforseen storage during the lockdown and the 2 men that offloaded were so helpful and extremely professional. Thank you.
Under the difficult Covid level 3 circumstanes, we were more than happy with the performance of the three "boys". They were cheerful, friendly and helpful. The sales person was also very friendly and helpful after having several changes of date due to COVID.
The guys who moved me were fantastic. They worked hard, they were brilliant in getting in as much of my stuff as they could and they achived it. As a simgle mother.. I needed a team like this ... they were so helpful and kind, bright and cheerful. You have two guys that are a complete credit to your company. I will be recommending your company to all my clients. ( being in the new homes trade) i think you will receive some referals from me for sure. Thank you !!
Please note the building manager at St Marks has complained that the boys used the lobby entrance/exit to remove the inventory instead of the basement carpark. She maintains that damage was incurred (marks on walls, scratch on door) & is making a huge issue about it. She asked that we clean the lobby area which my daughter & I did on Tuesday night. We cleaned the marks off the walls using a non-abrasive small sponge & non-abrasive cleaner. The floor mat was vacuumed. We did notice that someone had attempted to clean the marks off te walls before us and noticed some scuffing was evident...not our problem. The boys did not sign in on the covid-19 visitors book. Suggest a manager from Conroy visit St Marks & discuss with the manager (not on site). Thanks.
