Thank you for a quick easy move, prompt responses and easy to use on line booking. 
All of our belongings arrived in great condition, even the plate set was undamaged. Some dents to the top of the drawer set but that's to be expected. It did take a little longer than expected - but pandemic. We had never shipped anything overseas in that manner before, and the staff member corresponding with me seemed to get frustrated with my questions, but they did apologize to me for it later. Thank you for your services.
Pickup was as arranged. Delivery was carried out without any issues. Delivery driver was pleasant and professional. On unpacking it was found that each of the larger pieces of the bed had pieces broken off during transit but the pieces remained inside the packaging and can be glued/screwed back into place.
Everything went well from pickup to delivery. I realise with Coronavirus that things have been hectic but my comments below are FYI.
Despite filling my home delivery address into several different forms the driver was given our second address for our storage container. Thankfully he called in advance.
We only found out on the day the driver was already in Central Otago that our delivery was happening so a bit of advance notice would have been good. I was told the week before I would be advised when the load was at the depot and ready to be transported.
Throughout the whole relocation process Conroy's have been a pleasure to deal with. Their quote was highly competitive, their relocation team were incredibly obliging and efficient. The removal guys were prompt, thorough, accomodating and efficient.
The service was very good .The two guys very efficient friendly and helpful.

Conroys were brilliant they kept me updated every step of the way which was hugely satisfying. They were very professional especially during the lockdown
Tricky pack ,managed cheerfully and well.
Moved from Perth to Gisborne NZ. Our container arrived few days before lockdown level 4 but Monica and the team in Napier kept us in the loop and as soon as we were in level 3our contents was on its way to Gisborne. Staff at both ends were great to deal with. Efficient and safe. Would use again and definitely recommend.
