Excellent service! The team were very helpful, polite and took great care of our belongings. Very customer focussed and ensured we were happy with the move. A++ work and will definitely use their services in the future and recommend to family and friends 

Richard & Dan were efficient & courteous despite steady rain & moved heavy items with ease up and down stairs at both ends. Dealings with Conroy were very professional.

Start to Finish the experience was A++.  ​Kirsty Lowther was always helpful, friendly and nothing was any trouble. We had export style packing on some items - and value for money for the Packing and Removal to Depot was terrific. Dave and Kianau ( dont know last name ) were our packers and used initiative and took pride in their packing work. Only critisism is that the fees for storage at the local (Tauranga) depot is not at all competative. Very expensive storage.  Even Crown and Allied Pickfords are cheaper for storage rates for the same volume and same personal wooden crates, by about $40 per month.  Have yet to comment on Insurance claiming experience, should this be required - hopefully not. But overall, Conroys thoroughly recommended for Packing and Removing. Their monthly storage rates need to be more compettive, but we are returning customers and got 2 weeks free - thanks ​Kirsty. Have yet to comment on the re-delivery to new address from Tauranga Conroys storage, viz. breakages and cost.

We are just so grateful for our fabulous team of movers. Unfortunately we've been so busy with renovations, we haven't completed our feedback until now. In the time lapse I've forgotten their names- I think Steve was the team leader. He directed the day seamlessly, and was very gracious where we hadn't prepared fully. It seemed like nothing was a problem, and he had solutions for every scenario. Another member of the team blew us away with his skill at packing the large truck to its maximum capacity. The third member tirelessly gave his all with the long and physically demanding day. Several times I just stood back in awe at how they were carrying our precious (and sometimes VERY HEAVY) possessions. Everything was kept safe, and we were so grateful to have our furniture placed in the appropriate positions in the right rooms. Especially as many stairs were involved!I would definitely recommend Conroy Removals, and especially this fabulous team!
