Having not used a removal service within NZ I was a little concerned about the process and cost. These concerns were eliminated quickly with quick responses to quotes and process.
The communication was excellent throughout and I found the whole thing quite easy! All goods arrived in the condition they were loaded as and I wouldn't hestitate to use Conroy's again.

Guys were excellent, efficient and careful. Nothing was broken or damaged in the shift. The guys both had really happy attitudes and made the shift so funny and enjoyable. From the moment I rang Conroys everything just went so smoothly. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you. For the next question, I dont feel you have anything to improve on. From excellent customer service and communicatiion to the packing and delivery of our goods I give a five star.
My experience with this company has been great from Nathan who i first saw to kirsty who had to help us fill out the last lot of documents to the 2 guys who turned up to pack(I didn't get their names.) Napier Branch
On time and efficient with getting the job done dealing with awkward and heavy items. Both of the team members were easy to communicate with and helpful and cared about the furniture that they were moving as well and took care getting through doorways in both of the houses.
