Missing one piece of art and 1 night stand. Assuming it is still in NZ. Could have been shifted to our place at Ocean Beach. We were not in country to take part in the NZ portion of the move.
My experience with Conroy Removals was professional and stress-free from start to finish. The removal men were amazing. So thorough and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. I definitely recommend Conroy Removals and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.
Hi there,
A difficult move into an apartment with smaller than usual lifts. The removal went to plan with good communication from Conroy's staff who accommodated a quick move at short notice at a busy time of the year. There was also a change of delivery date due to a change to an earlier settlement date and this was also accommodated.
The only feedback to removal staff was that we had to request that the guy operating a removal hand trolley put something between the piece of furniture and the trolley to stop damage and also to place the rear side of the piece of furniture to the hand trolley-- perhaps this goes back to initial training. The guys worked hard and it was a difficult move into an apartment on a hot and humid day.

last move was superb! Arrived on time, worked efficiently and effectively, quickly and courtesly. Strong active team. Well lead. Cannot speak highly enough of the team. Now in "our" lifestyle resort I watch incoming neighbours struggle with their shift, not us.
Prompt, efficient and safe transportation of our goods at reasonable cost. Great service.
