The team that did the packing are first class as were the loaders in Katikati. The delivery driver was excelent however the two labour hire boys were absolutly hopeless one couldnt read the labels on the boxes and was lazy. you need to look at the casual staff you are using. I also had to go and buy a hand trolley because they didnt have one
Lovely people and very efficient. A bit late on arrival but the move itself went very smoothly and they made me and my partner's life a lot easier :)
Simple process , from start to finish. All organised online , with any queries sorted over the phone. Provided them a list of large items , and a estimated square meterage of other items. Got the quote very quick , and accepted it , I thought it was very resonible. They picked up on the day I wanted , and delivered at the new house on the day I needed. The drivers also rang on the day of pick-up, and delivery and let me know what timeframe they would arrive. All furniture was wrapped and labeled , and put in the right rooms. It couldent have been any simpler. Would highly recommend. Thanks!
