Hard to get the Chch branch on the phone
We were told two days to pack and it was all done in one so we had to rush to get the last things done

Everything was well wrapped and nothing broken. Staff friendly and efficient. When removing from old house they/we forgot the fridge freezer and they had to go and get it next morning. But they were very good about it.

WOW - fantastic move with you guys. Everything was smooth from start to end. First contact, to pricing, to explaining, to pick up of goods when we had already left country, to arrival in Spain - then onto Global Shipping who got in touch promptly and kept in touch with us right the way through to delivery of our items from Holland to Santander, Spain.
I can't fault anything. Even the storage people in Santander have been amazing and signed our goods in and helped the driver. Thanks again.
We had a big house and a packed garage so the move took 12 hours of almost non-stop work by Conroys. Despite this, Daniel, Josh and Jayden remained unfailingly good-humoured throoughout the whole process, even though they must have been exhausted. John and I were very impressed by their professionalism and commitment to see the job through. They were absolute stars and Conroys should be very proud of the service they delivered.
Taz, Tangi and Lionel were amazing. So efficient and polite actually made the dreaded experience enjoyable. They were reliable, trustworthy and careful.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great to be designated one’s personal moving manager to contact for planning, and helpful, cheerful and very efficient men shifting the furniture at both ends. I highly recommend this company !
