It was a great experience from dropping off our goods to your Brisbane depot to taking delivery in our home in Otorohanga. We were kept well informed throughout the entire process.Your staff have been great.

Great customer focus from the team that arrived to truck the household into storage in Tauranga.. Coped very well with minor changes in the scope of the original plan that I asked for.from time to time. Delivery team also did a great job. No breakages or damage at all.
The only negative (and I repeat the only) was that the stickers identifying every item were often very difficult to remove when we finally shifted into our new location. Had to be scratched off in many cases. There has got to be a better way!. Otherwise a top class job!
The whole process from getting the quote right through to getting our items delivered to our new house was really good. Would definitely use again in the future.
Conroy's are exceptional. Courteous, responsive hard working staff who shifted my household from Lake Okareka to Katikati. Not a single item was damaged or broken. I would use Conroy's again without hesitation. They are the professionals without doubt.

I was absolutely amazed at how efficiently the whole process of moving me from one island to another and storing my entire household for over 2 months was. Absolutely everything went according to plan. The movers were wonderful, kind and happy and all the admin staff were awesome to deal with (always available and always ready to help with whatever question I had) ! I was beyond impressed! Thank you to the entire Conroy Team - you are amazing !
The only issue I had was when the goods were delivered to my new address, there was a young lad that was helping out and he didn't give a damn about being careful with my furniture or the walls of the house. When I complained to him he just looked at me and didnt say a word, however maybe the experienced movers said something to him as he from then on only transported articles to the garage. Other than that the service was excellent.
I would avoid global moving in the current enviorment if possible.
Estimated delivery date was 27 May, Actual delivery was 20th of July.
