The movers were awesome, prompt on the updates and always responded within 24 hours. This reduced the stress and anxiety of waiting for the shipment. Thank you.

When I asked for the schedule once it arrived, the schedule was promptly advised, however I had no choice but to accept it. Luckily I was able to find time. Maybe that part can be improved. But all in all I loved the service. Thanks.

The service request process was quick and easy, the staff members were all helpful and adaptable, and the move went smoothly.
Friendly, accommodating and easy to deal
All staff I dealt with were friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with despite my needing to make several changes in my original plan. Definitely the right removal firm for people who appreciate friendly types. I did my own packing though at the last minute as I wasn't able to repack some of my possessions. Nevertheless everything survived the move. People with special requirements may need to opt for the special packing options and insure their goods just in case. (The extra expense wasn't warrented or necessary in my case.) Mucking in with the loading/unloading was part of the "fun".

All the Nelson team were very efficient, good communicators and pleasant to deal with. The packers and shifters worked hard and handled our things with care.
The Wellington unpackers also worked hard and handled our things with care. There was only two of them I thought that they really needed a third person.
