coolConroy's removal staff were excellent, I have used them many times and would use them again.  They took good care of my property.No damage.

Derek from christchurch was brilliant and helpful as usual. As I like Conroys ethos and of course efficiency always the only freight company I recommend when I travel all over New Zealand which am doing all the time keep it up.

Very good the movers most polite and very efficient really very helpful and just got on with the job, and very helpful when i requested that they be careful with one item of furniture

Rick and Megan were our movers and despite the atrocious weather all day, they never complained or let it get in the way of what needed to be done. They went about their business professionally and methodically, were careful, courteous and hard working. We were surprised at how efficient they were and it certainly took a large burden off us. Thanks to Rick, Megan and Conroy's.

The guys who picked up our stuff and delivered it to our new house were great and helpful smiley

Move took a couple of hours longer than I hoped but this was due to the solitcitors for the parties involved not your people but is still costly on a local removal. The other comment I must make is that the full insurance cover is not acceptable for a local move, the owner must do the packing but the terms and conditions of the policy exclude claims on owner packed items and the $250 excess on each item claimed really means that there is no coverage for a $600+ premium.  Again this really reflects on your underwriters IAG's greed and avarice rather the yourselves.

Staff were very friendly and all went according to plan.  My things were treated with respect and also service was very punctual.
