Our removal from Clarks Beach to Parparaumu went very well indeed. The guys arrived for pack up on time and through until all our stuff was in the container. They were courteous at all times.
I had stated that I would contact when delivery was required. This I did once we had secured a property.
Once again the team arrived on prescribed date. Unloaded the entire container to areas directed by myself and then proceeded to assemble the large items. Excellent.
We only had one little problem with an artwork having the glass broken.
I have contacted Conroys to come and retrieve the packing from the move. This is in the process of being arranged.

Had a little glitch but Conroy's fixed the issue and the lads pulled out all stops to get back on track. As the customers we assisted with loading which Conroy's provided an appropriate refund for.
All in all great company to deal with (Vanessa was great with her understanding of our dilemma and stayed in contact) Delivery was on time and executed swiftly, thanks fellas.
We would recommend using Conroy's and would use them in the future (we are still waiting on quotes from other companies).

This was shipping during the last part of lockdown, and that was truly amazing. When we started preparing everything was in question. We had the agent hold it as we left Malaysia and prepared for MIQ in NZ. It was more than 3 months before we asked that 13 domestic boxes be priced & sent. Air freight was still very high, so we prepared to ship the goods. One month on the water and a week waiting for NZ end clearance.
The home items were received in good condition. We were very satisfied!
Thank you to the Conroy team for assisting me with my move from Nelson to Otago. With a time frame of 5-10 days for delivery assured from location to location this was achieved for my consignment by the team.

Everything went to plan except the delivery to the UK, which you had no control over. You UK agents were excellent keeping me informed of the progress and were there waiting at the storage unit when I arrived. Checked it off and packed it for me. Brilliant.
We moved a large household from Hamilton to Wellington, great teams at both ends, good communication. A number of pieces of antique furniture travelled without any problem or damage, including two grandfather clocks. Only a couple of very minor scuffs on a modern piece of furniture. Very happy to recommend and would use again.
