Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersThe packing and loading staff at the Kerikeri end were great. Unfortunately some of the "fragile" items were stowed under heavy ones so several boxes collapsed. The only breakage though was a crystal wine glass. Also the small nest of tables was not packed with each table separately so they scraped together the whole way so will need to be repolished.The delivery at the Wellington end was in the rain due to the date being delayed by your driver arriving from the north later than expected. This meant that a lot of my furniture was sitting out in the rain while the two workers were unloading boxes in my apartment. The rough treatment of the furniture has caused several to be damaged. Please advise how I claim on the insurance for them.

excellent service : lapidary communication except when I needed explanation , timely follow up given , great service in delivery and unpacking , friendly and competent . Thank you
very efficient helped by an excellent driver who got the container truck up our steep drive, all picked up and dripped off in 5 hours.
Took care of a couple of precious pieces of furniture. Everything delivered, no damage.
Minimal fuss and considering the amount of furniture, boxes etc, that was excellent. Great team at pick up and extra resources attended to unload. Very happy.

Suggest a sales represenative goes on site to accurately quote - quantity that needs to be packed, location and access to both properties, how many staff you need to pack, time it will take to move. Very pleasant moving team. Thank you for moving us. We only had a couple of breakages and one cupboard backing that had 2 holes made during the move which we will need to replace.
Initially difficult to make contact with a person - not sure if phone line was being monitored in Napier Suggest that gets looked into - otherwise would have been a five star rating. Communication after that was great, as was the customer service and organising a delivery time.
The guys were all pretty good overall. Clear communicaton from Mike (lead), and good steady mostly careful effort from James and Alex.
However, two things let the team down. The hallway was damaged in the process of carrying an item of furniture, leaving a 2.5 cm black mark and 2mm depth dent, and a wider area where the paint has been scruffed. There is no way that could have happened without the person(s) responsible knowing. While not desireable, I understand that there is high risk of that happening. What is dissappointing is not being told. The other less concerning thing is that one of the guys sat on a wooden dining room chair while it was placed on the uneven concrete driveway. Not a good look for anyone to be sitting on the customers furniture, at in this risking damage to the furniture.
A little thought and training would easily help prevent those two issues.
Lastly, I am yet to recieve an invoice for the job.
