The whole shift was very well executed
Everything was well packed with no breakages the packers worked very hard and quickly. Your truck crew also worked extremely hard and eficiently. Your people were the hardest working people I have seen for a very long time and were cheerful and respectful. The whole shift was very well executed. Thank you very much.
Great service all round
Great service all round, just frustrating we are still waiting for carton pick up post unpacking. Would be great if this could be done today please.

We booked for delivery first week of January, it's now February and we have no ETA on our shipment. Great service from NZ end, other than a heads up that delivery date requested would not happen.
Friendly and very helpful
We were a bit disappointed that one or two items were damaged, nothing of great value thankfully. Not sure whether that was from the loading or unloading. The guys who delivered to our new home were great. However we felt they were at a disadvantage as they had no tail lift making it more difficult for off loading, but they coped really well. All the people we have dealt with at Conroy's have been friendly and very helpful and that's what would make us use them again.
Excellent service
Excellent service through the quote and engagement process, unfortunately let down by communication about pick up and drop off times as I had to chase this up. Truck arrived 1 hour 15 mins late on pick up. Our couch got really dirty on route so fortunate that it had slip covers so we could wash it. The guys who did the moving were great. I thought the price was reasonable and wish I could have given 5 stars to what was an overall good experience. I have recommended Conroy to others. So, better communication from the operational side of the business would help with customer satisfaction. Thanks very much.

The packing and uplift in New Plymouth went well. The delivery in Picton went ok. I was very disappointed to discover on delivery that my desk had lost a leg and my clothes airer had also been broken. I will be sending pictures to Conroy shortly. This ruined my experience, which had been awesome up until then. It would also be helpful if the delivery truck was fitted with a lift at the back the same as the truck that collected our belongings. Would have made it easer for the delivery guys.

Seven broken glasses, a broken planter pot and one damaged dining chair (to date - we're still unpacking).. Not a bad result, considering two containers' worth of property was moved. The delivery team were disappointed at the result and commented that, with a mix of plastic storage bins and cardboard boxes, the bins should have been on the top, not bottom. Some of the lighter cartons marked fragile appear to have been mid-or-bottom stowed contributing to the damaged glassware.
Communication was our main issue. We were promised phone calls to advise pick-up and delivery times (or approximations at least). None of this occurred. As I was working through this period, this left us with missed meetings and frustrated customers. The communications could have been much, much better. If you promise a phone call, then make it.

Good move
Good move. Quicker than expected. The young man who did all the unloading was just lovely.
Driver Izzy, offsider Glen were great unloading in Westport, always asking if we needed anything and have great communication skills with us. Big thanks to Duncan for loading our job and sorting the operational requirements. Overall very satisfied with the service and staff.
