The Microwave was left behind and I was unable to fit it in my car. We had discussed the packing of this so the men knew it was going.

Did arrive over an hour late without any communication which was frustrating but everything else was good.

Need improvements in handling appliances. Removal is stuff is leaving dents and scratches.

Got a few items  squashed in a few boxes. But nothing broken. Lots of paper wrapped around items.  Nice team pleasant guy's.

I do recommend this company communication was  good and  packers were great.

on arrival  to Brisbane we did find some breakages unfortunately and noticed these were not wrapped.

Nice group of helpful people.  Usual minor issues - couple of chairs broken etc but overall a good experience.

Overall I was very pleased with the service provided by Conroy. My items were shipped in good time from Auckland to London and the communication was pretty good. I think that the level of packing and care taken could be improved though.
