There was no call the day before delivery date to confirm time. Minor issue as  in an email it was suggested a 8am delivery, though mentioned someone would call the day before to confirm delivery time which no one did. 

Only a few problems with regard to the move, the first being that used boxes were used and the description of what was inside each box was extremely difficult to determine from the customer's that the boxes were used for previously. The second was that my father has electric beds that require special leg attachments which were removed from the beds and put in one of the boxes that I have as yet not found due to the poor labeling of contents in the boxes, thankfully I did find the box of spares and was able to reconstruct his bed from those otherwise he would not have a bed at the moment which would have posed a very big problem.

May I suggest that in the future, labeling be a lot more accurate by posting perhaps an A4 sheet on top of each box detailing what is in the box rather than just a brief mention of which area of the house it came from and  secondly please...please.... keep things together like beds and legs so that they can be found more easily when unpacking the other end otherwise you will more than likely end up with some very unhappy customers who have paid a great deal of money to you for services that they may not be happy with.

So far I have not experienced any significant damage to anything moved but a long way to go yet with the unpacking.

So all in all a good experience.

Kept well informed guys were friendly and respectful. How safely they packed won't be known until furniture returned. Couple of comments, a water drink bottle which was wet was put onto an old oak sideboard surface, could have resulted in water mark, they also dragged furniture on a vinyl plank floor leaving a rub mark which we had to polish out. The lesson being an awareness of surfaces.

The advice to split out what I needed to take, what was to be delivered, and what was to go into storage, was invaluable!  It made things so much easier.  The gentleman coming to pack was very efficient, and the pick-up was smooth, despite a delay due to unforseen circumstances.  Thank you to all of the people involved.
