The guys were nice enough, but they weren't as careful as I would think they should be, particularly if I was going to recommend them to someone else. It would also be good if we had been given a time window of when the movers would arrive. We were waiting a while for the, to come.
Communication about timing was poor and I had to call to ask and the time given wasn't given.I appreciate this is a busy time of year and timelines go out the window :)

The teams at both ends - Napier and Christchurch were great: well organised, friendly and professional. We did our own packing, (which is what I am used to doing) which was fine, but we did not finish in time and it has caused quite a bit of ongoing stress. We have another 8 cbm to bring down. I think that the sales process needs to outline the benefits of having Conroys do the packing more strongly. I know it's a balance, but it would have been useful to have the discussion in more detail. I have had no breakages other than our television, the screen of which has been broken. We did not wrap this however, it was done by the Napier team and wrapped in a blanked. It looks like impact damage, so it has been inadequately protected and then badly packed into the container. I have filed an insurance claim.
