On the not so good side:  The packers did a very poor job.  Each box was a grab bag of items from multiple rooms in our house. For example, one box had 2 hard back books, light bulbs, and 2 wine glasses (items from 3 different rooms in the house). The next box had 2 more hard back books, an iron, and a water glass (again from 3 different rooms).  The kitchen glasses were scattered across 8 different kitchen boxes.  This bizarre packing method meant it took us 3 times as long to unpack because we had to run all over the house to put things away.  It almost seemed like they were deliberately trying to mix things as much as possible.  We've done 11 moves (4 of them international) in the last 20 years and we've never seen such a crazy packing approach.  We also asked that they leave a few cleaning supplies that were under the kitchen sink (as we know not to put liquids in any boxes which might spill on our furniture) - we even put a sticky label on the cabinet door saying "do not pack".  In spite of this, the liquids were not only packed, but they were put in almost upside down - to ensure the greatest risk of spilling. Two frames of two pictures were ruined - because of the packing person who put the haning hardware against another picture without any paper or wrapping. On the plus side, the loaders were fantastic as were the guys who unloaded our items at the other end. We had only a couple of items of furniture scraped enough that they need repairs (not bad for our volume of goods). Communications was outstanding and all parties arrived on time.  Would I use them again or recommend them? Yes, but I would keep a very close eye on the packers and direct them not to get creative with packing.
