Incredibly efficient and professional job done on the Sydney side. Storing our stuff for over 6 months on the Kiwi side also was seemless and affrodable. Our belongings were delivered in good shape. The delviery crew were pleasnat but not phenomentally motivated (maybe the three sets of exterior stairs up to the house has something to do with it). Overall - a good expereince..

Generally a very good service. But labelling of cartons & boxes could be improved eg "garage" is not helpful as it could include anything from engine oil to garden tools.  A box of red wine is missing, about 15 bottles.  A similar numberof white wine bottles were delivered OK.  Is it possible that my red wine is still lurking somewhere in your Napier storage depot?

Apart from paying to have goods stored in Christchurch short term, we found out we had to give 7 days' notice for them to be delivered from storage. Unfortunately, the goods were still in Nelson and we had to wait extra days for delivery.

Very pleased with overall experience but disappointed that a container(as quoted) wasn't available,therefore requiring double handling from truck into storage.
