Also labeling each room especially on beds was not done. I had a trying time figuring out which bed was which as I hadn't seen my goods in 5 months.
The admin staff were always pleasant and friendly. I received notification of when payment for storage was to be taken out.
They were very reasonably priced. So yes I'd probably use them again.
I also found they packed random things together from different rooms.
Easy to communicate with, hoewever I had to get in touch to receive an update rather than receiving any update from Conroy. Was delivered in a good amount of time considering all the issues the interislander has been having recently and was well packaged and organised by the team. Reasonable cost and trustwothy company. Customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and seemed to genuinely want to help me out.
Really impressed with the communication, efficiency (it was a lot quicker than we'd expected for international shipping, and the transition through customs and quarantine was straightforward) and price was competitive. Room for improvement would be greater care in handling during uplift and unloading - an antique cupboard that was bubble wrapped was broken and banged around on unwrapping, and a glass coffee table was at one point placed on its end!

A small paua top table was broken and I am still waiting to be contacted about this

Was great but mu glass tv cabinet was samshed in transit
Professional team with all the good gear at the ready.
Having a steep driveway we particularly requested an on-site assessment and quote relating to this issue. On the day of uplift the truck and container could not use the driveway as planned causing a long delay waiting for another smaller truck to become available as a feeder type service.
