Perhaps I didn't understand that all of the furniture would be removed on the day prior to 'moving day', and wasn't as prepared as I would have liked, as I thought I had more time for packing. Despite that all went well, and all of the removal men were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Your service was excellent in all respects except on the day of delivery. The delivery was 4 hours late from the time arranged. I understand you have issues out of your control but there was no communication about what was going on and no certainty the delivery would even go ahead on the day. Unfortunately I had only a allowed 2 hours for the delivery so when they didnt turn up I had to make alternative arrangements ...otherwise they couldnt have been able to access the building/apartment.

Once here the guys did an amazing job getting the heavy large box up to my apartment......no damage despite a very tight fit. Thank you for that.....but I do think you could improve by keeping your clients better informed and avoid wasting everyones time.

Great to deal with, excellent service with friendly and helpful staff.  We were however a little disappointed with some minor damage to items where the packers were made aware of the risk, and scuff marks to other items where packing blankets would've prevented the damage during our move from Wellington to Christchurch. Overall though, a pleasant experience, thank you very much!
