My only feed back would be to communicate better time of arrival, and if there are changes to that to communicate them as soon as you are aware of those changes.  I was told 10am the truck would arrive, I rung at 11:30am concerned, the truck arrived after 1pm.  This totally changed all my plans.   Having communication re this sooner would have been helpful.  Apart from this the guys were AMAZING, and the move went great and I was most impressed with the team.  It made my move easy and totally affordable.  THANK YOU!

We found Joanne to be excellent with communication and the lads who picked up (Michael and Natai ) very pleasant and easy. Main grizzle is that we never heard from operations/dispatch whatever is in a name. All our contact through Joanne. Whoever does the hatch/dispatch needs to contact customers as to pick up day and aprox time.

Staff were helpful and considerate, I have not unpacked everything but so far everything seems in order.
