Lost headboard bolts x4 , bit of damage to fridge and toaster was stuffed. Damage to a crystal dolphin. but otherwise good . Suggest you put headboard bolts in ziplock bags and tape to bed head

Crew friendly and helpful. The only company who visited and gave an on site quote.Only two minor damages. One due to our packing. The second to handling when unloading.

Great guys doing the moving. Honest and respectful. the office lady was amazing at communicating every step and happy to answer questions.

One broken glass on TV cabinet and Broken wheel on chest of draws snapped right of one damaged wardrobe cupboard at the back

Very good service for most aspects, but when pickup was delayed (due to weather) there was a serious breakdown in communication. No notification or resheduling notice and when I took the initiative there was no response from any of the people who had earlier contacted me. In all other respects communication was good.
