Went Smoothly
As I haven't yet recieved my freight in Perth I am a bit confused as to why I would be sent a Feedback Request.
However the service at the Auckland end was great and everything went smoothly.
Prompt And Efficient
The guys were prompt, efficient and friendly. The move went without a hitch! Thankyou
Care Taken
The removal teams were very cheerful and cooperative and managed to come with all our awkward and heavy furniture, whilst taking care of the fragile pieces.
Competitive Price
On the whole a great service at a competitive price. Only casualty was a chipboard shelving system which was wrenched from the garage wall rather than unscrewed and consequently probably cannot be reused.
Super Service
Everything was great with super service, just the delivery date which was not communicated beforehand. Not the end of the world though.
Marks
We do have Mark's on the couch. I asked for our light coloured couch to be wrapped but it hadn't been done. We have a grease mark and some other small we markers on the couch. I'm getting it cleaned this week. If we have any issues getting marks out I'll let you know.
Also 2 large bucket chairs were left behind. We didn't realise this until we completed unpacking. Can we get these transported up when you next can fit them into a Hamilton load?

Great To Deal With
Overall Conroy were great to deal with, particularly Penny and the others from the office. We found the guys loading the truck pleasant but not very careful with our things. For instance our television unit received bad scratching on one of the surfaces. The mattress and other furniture was meant to be wrapped but wasn't. This was very disappointing. The guys unloading in Christchurch were very respectful and careful.
Great Bunch Of People
Good service great team in Brisbane guys who packed our gear were very friendly and efficient. Job well done guys.
NZ team are also great got our stuff after 6 weeks was really impressed. Delivery guys were awesome very quick and great bunch of people.
The only small hiccup was not all our stuff made it on delivery day, we were a bit anxious about whether or not our stuff would be found, but it all worked out quickly and efficiently. Thankyou Conroys Australia and New Zealand very happy customers we are. I only have that 1 small issue only because the anxiety we went through upon realising it didn't all turn up and we didn't take out insurance.

We would have appreciated a little more advanced warning as when the moving guys were due to arrive and not just the day before when I had to make contact. The driver and packers were excellent
