Arrived on time, efficient load and unload, friendly team of 3 guys. Thank you.
The fridge was dropped on its front due to a staff member falling over backwards. We have this on camera. Would have preferred a call to advise this had happened rather than nothing being said as Driver dropping off was different to the packing drivers.
Very Disappointed
The wrapping of selected items went well with the crew arriving early and went above me beyond to a high standard. The day of loading the crew were late but made up with energy and perseverance. The second day of loading I had a request to be loaded by midday. The one person crew was late and the other 2 persons were sick or away at a funeral. Assistance did not arrive until around 11pm. I brought up the packing of a 85 inch tv three times advising due care in regards to loading. I was informed normal best practice was between mattresses. This was not done. The tv was loaded flat as an after thought and twisted on top of other items and covered in a blanket. The crew left after 1pm and missed my requested deadline of midday to be completely packed. Great communication for drop off. Our 110cm load arrived with 2 persons to unload. The other persons were away sick. On opening the sealed door it appeared mother persons pack was on top of our property and poorly secured. To reach this point the load crew probably not aware of the tv would had to either thrown the items bo e or climbed up onto the 85 inch tv at ding on top of to place the other personal wffects. The items had fallen down on top of the tv also. The tv was photographed in position showing the other personal effects on top of the tv. The unload crew were a,axed and stated that was not normal procedure. The tv was opened in front of the unload crew and discovered it was bent out of shape, metal from inside the tv was pushing out of the screen no the picture was distorted. We took out insurance with our own company but under the consumer guarantee act for services provided due care and procedure was not carried out by the company as per normal procedure. Very dissapointed this was a result of poor practice and loading, more so when I spoke to the load crew that this was the most valuable item to us. I brought these issues up with the unloaded crew who were superb and they passed this on to a local manger who sent a text with an apology. I would have preferred a more personal response and spoke to an actual person. Overall we are satisfied but dissapointed with clearly an error by procedure which accounted for the damage,
Good service, guys were relatively fast and friendly. Communication between actual arrival times was a little off, but not enough to sour the experience.
