We had a little bit more damage than we have had in the past with moving companies, but all minor.

We found overall the service very good. The employees very polite. Nothing was a problem. Cost wise very good.

Overall a pretty satisfactory experience. Though the delivery time slot was not honoured as previously agreed, with delivery arriving in the AM instead of the PM. I did not receive any communication of this change prior and thankfully we were able to arrive in time. Secondly, the plant handling was below satisfactory unfortunately, with multiple crushed leaves and plants in need of rescuing. Fingers crossed they recover otherwise I would not recommend other people include plants in their move.

I have used Conroy Removal many times over the years & have always found their service excellent.  This time we've moved from the North to South Island & required storage for a couple of months.  Everything has been conducted in an efficient & timely manner & I have been kept up to date at all times by the Hawke's Bay & Chrischurch Customer Service Teams.

The only negative this time around is that our Fermob outdoor furniture was not wrapped before being loaded & packed into the container.  It has sustained significant scuffing & scratch marks due to the movement in the truck.  I have put in an insurance claim, however I would like to suggest that all  furniture items (indoor & outdoor) are well wrapped before being loaded into the truck or container.

Had a good experience in general, however one of the delivery removalists had a bit of an attitude, was angry about having to take a couch upstairs. He also did not re-assemble all of the items that were disassembled during packing. 

Two of my items (PC cases) were damaged during the move, however nothing else was damaged. 

Overall, I was pretty happy - especially with how quickly the items were shipped.

The "moving" aspect of getting our car overseas was the easiest part of importing a vehicle.

Good service,  just improve communication. Call, text , or email ahead ,  for any changes on the delivery schedule .

Removal and delivery guys were really great. Our things arrived in good condition. Competitive pricing. The one annoying thing was late confirmation of pick up and delivery times - being able to organise that a week in advance would be useful.
