I've used Conroy before and was allowed to leave drawers in chests full but this time was told to empty them. I only had one big one so not a major problem. The 3 guys were super quick

The delivery team were very good and handled my goods very safely. Everything was accounted for and there were no damages.

The lads seemed a bit rushed during delivery and I think the damaged to property we discovered when unpacking would have resulted at the unpack stage.

Otherwise all the lads were friendly and helpful.

Excellent comms from the start, from office through to the guys on the trucks. The only negative but not a major was one of the trucks breaking down! Really pleased with the overall shift.

We were very pleased with the way Conroys assisted us in our shift. The key players, the removal team from Napier and unloaders in Carterton were extremely good to deal with. Drew is worth a special mention, a great young guy. Well done Conroys.

Only negatives were: Paperwork not straight forward or easy as noted in the corospondence required with your company by myself. And the dresser had unwrapped raw wood on top that was free moving. We are not too concerned about these minor scratchings on dresser as the suite will be restored.

Great service. All our belongings were well looked after. Truck turned up on the day well under time given and the guys were very well organised and happy to bring furniture inside and place where needed.

Just a delay of a few days due to not enough people available so I did worry about storage of things but it all turned out perfectly.
