They just didn't take our tv which is causing us some problems now.

But other than that happy so far.

The only comment I would make is the truck stopped to refuel on way to delivery address, which I eneded up paying for.

Truck should be fueled before starting a job.

I liked the well organised pick up and the relaxed delivery. The only downside was that things that broke were hidden and not disclosed. The guys at the pickup broke 2 small pieces - most probably due to my packing - and just got rid of them but small pieces were found at unpacking. The guys that unpacked did let a part of a shelf fall. I heard it and found later that the would broke - still erfectly usable though. With moving a whole household it happens that something breaks I just rather know about it then finding it out later.

The removal team was a great bunch of guys. Got stuck in and did a great job, considering what was to be moved!

Nothing broken and all put away in the designated rooms.
