All the team were courteous and careful, right from the inspection, quotation, pickup, and delivery.Particularly the Tauranga driver, Alfie is worth his weight in gold! Not only a skilled driver, but he took full responsibilty for loading / packing the (huge) van, a 6hr job!  And then directed, and did a lot of, the 4hr unloading!  His energy, careful approach, and open "no problem" manner made the whole move a pleasure for us.

Conroys were easy to work with right from quotation, pick up, storage and organising a final delivery date. All employees were very personable and took care with the packing and moving of furniture. The only improvements for me would be a more detailed list on each box - it was a mission to find some items that we needed immediately after moving in. I would have preferred the outdoor furniture cushions not to have been squashed into boxes and stored flat. I also would have preferred all linen to go into boxes together rather than some in many boxes as it took a while to find the bedding. I also would have liked duvet covers to have been folded in the boxes - rather than used as packing.

The uplift went really smoothly, arrived early and got everything done fast and efficient. It did take the maximum quoted 10 working days to arrive (so 2 weeks) even though when booking we were told it would be more like 4 working days and we had to phone to chase it up as we didn't hear anything for over a week. Delivery guys were also fast, friendly and efficient. Overall great service, but the biggest disappointment is that we're missing one of our boxes.
