Was really impressed with Conroys. Scheduled pick up and delivery went without a hitch. Would highly recommend this company.

Towards the end of the delivery, some of items were placed in the garage quickly when we should have asked where they should go. Some minor damage to a couple of items (through the way they were packed in the container) that was not worth reporting. Otherwise a perfect job by the boys to remove from our old house and deliver to our new house.

Overall we were satisfied with the process. However we felt Conroys could have front footed the insurance claim we made for damaged goods. Nothing was initiated until we chased this, even though the on site person took photos and said they would.

The guys were great in packing and especially unloading. The price was also super competitive and we appreciated the quote adjustment when we downsized . However, unfortunately a few items got damaged in the process (our barstools as they were stacked without anything in between to prevent rubbing) and our umbrella cover has holes ;-(

The service was.great from the time I requested a quote right through to the end where my furniture was.offloaded.

I received.communication and updates all the time.

The guys were friendly, quick and did a superb job.

Thanks to everyone at Conroy and have a lovely Christmas.

Conroys moved us from Te Kuiti to Wakefield and the team were really awesome to work with.  They pack their trucks really well.  Unfortunately one of our Antique pieces was broken and pieces missing. If only they had told us in Te Kuiti when it happened.

The staff were excellent at keeping us informed as to where our goods were throughout shipping. Only damage item was an antique clock which was covered by insurance. Would recommend them as best NZ shipping agent for New Zealand to Australia as have tried two others and they don't rate with the service by Conroy.

Two things made the move more stressful than necessary: We weren't given a time for the move till the day before. There is so much to organise that a time of the move would have been helpful, even if it was simply to be told if it would be morning or afternoon. I was also a little annoyed that the truck was 2 hours late with no communication as to when they would arrive. I had to text and call to get a response.

Other than those two things we were very happy. The men who moved our stuff were friendly, helpful and respectful. They did such a good job and were understanding that not everything was to be packed away. I also love that the moving service has a storage component to it, makes it so much easier.
