My overall experience was good the only thing I didn't like was the way in which they moved the spa pool in Napier causing damage not once but twice being a relatively new spa I was a little upset.  On getting to Tauranga I couldn't fault anything they moved the spa with no dramas (and there were only 3 men) 

All staff were very friendly and introduced themselves when coming onto property were happy and friendly.

My movers were timely and positive! There was a slight problem when the truck did not have basic tools to help take apart some of the larger furniture, but there was improvisation and everything was able to be moved. There was also an error in sending only 2 men when I booked for 3, but I was contacted that same day and the appropriate changes were made.

Efficient and where they left a mark on the carpet contacted us promptly and had cleaners out to fix it ASAP

The teams at both Napier and Auckland loading and unloading the trucks were friendly, approachable and all requests we had were no problem to them.

I was surprised that you tossed boxes around. Your packing instructions said to pack everything upright so I thought quite hard about having objects protected with the weight on the top of the box. But then boxes ended up upside down, and/or on their sides.

Also, when carrying heavy antique furniture, the weight must be supported by structural elements, not feet or tops. Not all of your movers knew this.

But overall, they were very careful, skilled and helpful.
