The boys Ben, Mike & Christian were so polite & obliging. They got cracking & didn't stop until the job was done. Mike was extremely responsible about the pick up, then the drop off the next day. Nothing broken & all my precious art works wrapped & handled with care. I could not fault their work. Communication re arrival times could be improved on.
First-class
Excellent quote turnaround - less than 24 hours - compared with other companies. Price, communication and delivery all first-class, and the boys doing the actual move were speedy, careful and helpful.
This is a hard one. Overall we were satisfied. Everyone was nice to deal with and the box packers and delivery team were excellent. But the removal team didn't pack the truck very well and we didn't realise until unpacking at the other end. I had a small cream soft material sofa - it was not wrapped and as a consequence was soiled. We're lucky the cream leather couches arrived OK - they weren't wrapped either and the ropes were quite tight. One mattress was wrapped in plastic, but the king-size one wasn't. A dresser was placed with the mirror facing into the middle of the truck, not up against the side, and we're lucky it survived OK. My home entertainment unit was damaged - the corners of the side edges on which it stands were broken off in the move. Fortunately it wasn't in super shape prior to the move, but it's ruined now. A box I had told them was fragile ended up with other heavy items placed on top of it - hopefully the contents are OK - I didn't bother to check when we unpacked as you can't fix irreplaceables anyway, but I was not impressed. For the last two questions above, I would have put "Maybe" if that was an option. But I'm not sure about the "Yes" - most things were fine but the removal guys let us down. (And to be fair, I think it was really down to just one of them, not both if you want more feedback.)
Great Service
Great service all around. Pickup was quick and smooth. Delivery was with minimal damage and very organised. The only reason why I cannot give 5 stars is you may want to look at your boxing services. We would have loved to purchase your boxes - in fact we did, until we heard that to get those will cost us more than the actual boxes. If we as the client go to the extend to do our due diligence and then select you as our provider, it might pay to have a better service around people being able to purchase your better quality boxes and tape to prevent damage. You cannot expect me to pay that absorbent amount to get boxes to me. It was way more than any other courier charge i've ever paid. so may need to relook at this as I have no doubt you lose quite considerable income generation from this potential great source.

Delivery team was excellent.
Moving is rather stressful, but all 3 (packing, uplifting & delivery) crews were amazing. However, I would’ve liked it if someone had called me a few days before the move to touchbase to see if I had any concerns and to quickly brief me on timings etc to expect on each of the days. I would definitely use Conroy again.
The guys that arrived at my site were EXCELLENT - particularly I remember Daryn, Drew & smily Christian (I think I got those names right).
My issue was that they arrived half a day early - I'd requested a PM start & they arrived first thing in the morning - this meant that I was not nearly as ready as I should have been, & it was very stressful (& of course this made it much harder for the guys). Also the guys were under a lot of pressure with other jobs, & there were more than 1 team at my place (someone would ask something from the 1 team, but then the other team didn't know) ... so this meant that there were things I wanted to keep out of storage to bring with me, that are now in storage PLUS there are things that went to storage that were set aside to donate to the SPCA or The Sallies.
So overall my comment is that the guys onsite were excellent but under a lot of stress, but the fact that my PM pick up wasn't the case threw me into a tailspin (it actually took me a day or so to catch up). I acknowledge that there was a phone message the night before, HOWEVER I was 'pedal to the metal' packing & I didn't actually pick that up until well after they had been & gone.

THe whole process from start to finish was very good and stressfree and all your staff were very good and helpful
The uplift went well. We haven't yet received our shipment, and are expecting it in a few months.
