The packing ladies were great (despite the removal men complaining to me that they had not provided a TV packing box nor packed it up for them). The packers also told me at one stage that the volume had been miscalculated and they didn't think they had a big enough van to move everything; that raised my already high anxiety levels!

They worked well together and were overall courteous, hard working and efficient. I didn't appreciate being referred to as a "little old lady" however; maybe very true but I don't like being reminded. Overall a good service (despite the small dent in my fridge door) but certainly at the top end of the price range. Thanks Conroy's.

The team were efficient and on time. They worked the unload in the heavy rain. I suggest that Conroy supply rain jackets for these situations. They all got fairly soaked. This is our third move with Conroy and they have all been good.  I think you can I sell more services too. I moved all the small delicate stuff myself and it was a pain. I should have hired a two person crew and a small truck for the second day from Conroy as well.   

Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback on our experience. We were going to call with this feedback in any event. As you are aware we moved into an apartment, which does throw some challenges for the moving staff.  We cannot fault the guys that moved us as they worked tirelessly all day long. The move ended up taking 10 hours.The need for a third person was very much present, two men was not enough man power and there was the factor that someone had to stay with the truck while the guys took the furniture up the lifts. This meant that my husband had to stay outside of the building for nearly four hours while the truck was unloaded. In the end he had to help them move furniture out of the truck or they would have still been unloading at 10pm!  Your management needs to be consulted on this. Whilst it was completely inconvenient for us to have one of us having to stay downstairs, we felt that it was also a huge health and safety factor for your staff. The two fellows that we had moving us were absolutly exhausted at the finish.

Additionaly, the truck that was supplied was not big enough and another vehicle had to be sent and we had to leave some gear at a neighbours house as it would not fit.  Again, completely inconvenient.
