Two cupboards in kitchen missed - luckily house owner notified me and I was able to arrange the retrospective uplift. Also boxes that had been used for previous clients were put in the wrong rooms as the old "box contents" description has not been crossed off! In general however o am very happy with convoys and the packing/moving service. Thanks,
Everything went fine apart from the packers put sellotape all over our leather couch which has ruined it.

We were very impressed with the driver who made our delivery. He was very polite, very quick and incredibly strong. We expected a couple of men to move the furniture, but he did it easily by himself.
Jayson and his co-worker were great.
Hi - during the move the boys damaged 2 parts of the wall when removing the furniture. They advised that Conroy would pay for that damage however I need someone to contact me asap 0277034890 as I have been waiting a couple of days now, so i can get this fixed or are you ok for me to get fixed and the invoice sent to you?
Overall however we have now used Conroy3 times to originally shift from ChCh - Wellington then to Auckland and now locally and have received good service again. This move was tricky based on the driveway but it was no problem to send 2 more guys straight away who were great also. I always find the team very friendly and always go out of the way to assist setting up furniture or connecting taps etc to washing machine.
Would definitely use again in the future, just need to get the walls hole sorted.
Return pick up was more than 25 min late which required a special delivery due to a time constraint, other wise the pick up and service was first class.
