"I will use again and recommend"
"can do approach"
The men had to remove front door to get kiln into studio unfortunately in the handling the kiln was heavily dropped onto concrete floor from the trolly. The result was a delicate ceramic probe broke I do not know if this is critical as it has not yet been fired. However they were lovely guys with a can do approach to a tricky operation.

only one person came to collect furniture so my husband had to help, also about an hour late coming. But my daughter who received it at the other end actually rang the company to tell them of their efficient service they were very impressed. Also the costs were very competitive.

The guy who led the pick up and re delivery of our goods to our new home was brilliant and the three man team did an excellent job in quick time. Daniel was very efficient and helpful with the move. The maori lady who packed our goods for storage was outstanding and extremel quick and efficient.
We were impressed with the Christchurch operation. The monthly email reminders that our direct debit was coming out on the 20th was annoying as they were due and came out on the 25th..
Overall well done on your service. If we ever shift again we could not do better than Daniel and his team.

Super friendly people, nothing was a bother, fast and efficient. Just the bed they put together fell apart when the owner sat on it :D Not a problem, just wanted to pass it on.....

I thought the service was great. Booked on Thursday and goods picked up the following Friday, all communication was direct between Conroy and the seller it made things easy for me. Prompt replies from customer service. I will use again and recommend. Cheers
