"friendly team and exactly on time as they stated they would be"
friendly team and exactly on time as they stated they would be. very good service//// only problem for me was an ornament that i had kept away from all of the gear to be moved as i knew it would break. however on our return i found my ornament - dragon coming out of a jar was smashed .....not only that but it was under pots pans and our toaster. my brother who passed away 13 years ago made it for me, so i was extremely upset to find it in this way. also a picture he had made for me was folded up into a ball and is somewhat torn. a large dinner plate was also broken. so i would just like to remind your movers that it may some items may not look like much to them, but to the owners they may be irreplaceable.

"I was very impressed with the service except for one person packing in Perth"
I was very impressed with the service except for one person packing in Perth who packed all 100 kg's of weights from a gym machine in one box which I was unable to move. When I requested the box be split as I knew I would need to shift the box in the future as I have placed everthing into storage my request was ignored. The guys delivering in New Zealand were also surprised at having such a heavy box to shift. As the box contains a 100kg's I am surprised that any experienced packer would place such a heavy weight in one box as from a health and safety perspective the chance of someone sustaning an injury while shifting it is extremely high. The person who packed the box was the older scruffy gentleman who was present on both packing and moving days in Perth and he seemed to think it was quite funny to pack a box that I was unable to shift. If this box had been split as requested I would have given a 5star rating

Stickers too hard to remove. Delivery to Waiheke delayed a day due to forklift breakdown. Issues with carton removal. Otherwise, all good.

"got on with the job with professionalism"
Hi the guys were great, arrived on time, very polite and got on with the job with professionalism. I wouldnt mind having these guys remove us later on when our new home is built. Will be in contact.

Overall very happy, the only minor thing to complain about would be what seemed to be a lack of urgency when moving out (but I think that this just a communication issue - the movers didnt seem to be aware that we had the new owners waiting to move in).
"Was a little slow"
Was a little slow, over 2 weeks from quote acceptance to delivery. Would be good for the person organising freight to get an email notifying item had been collected and was in transit
One opportunity for improvement: Phone answering and etiquette needs to be uplifted. My Ph experience in
AKL. often no one answers and goes to a message which is frustrating.
Chc: Phone answered then when conversing with your staff I find long periods of silence whilst the Conroy person is doing something. Say something to your cutstomer like: I just have to look up something on the computer and do you mid holding on for a wee while. or something to that effect. Don't leave you client wondering "what's going on, why is he not saying anything, did he leave me hanging?
