The guys that moved my household were great. Very efficient and nothing was a problem. Made the shift one of the more pleasurable ones that I have had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for removalists.

Thank you for looking after us when moving from Auckland to Napier. Apart from a delay at the beginning all went well. A few breakages but nothing major.
The guys dropping off our stuff were great.
And
You delivered some stuff for us from Freedom - great guys - event took some of our boxes away - love it!

Everyone I dealt with at Conroy said they would do something and it got done. It was nice to know that even a small move like mine was still important to the business.
"The 3 guys performing the move were outstanding"
The initial process of getting a quote + sorting out details was not entirely user friendly online whereas the team on the phone were helpful sorting out specific requests/details. The 3 guys performing the move were outstanding in their care and professional attitude! It would be great to have the opportunity to tip them 'above board' at the end of the day! Also, I was informed prior to the move that I could pay using a credit card (although eftpos would be even better!) at the end of the move, but as the move finished after office hours, the movers couldn't receive payment. That puts the movers in a peculiar spot and I certainly felt like I didn't honour my end of the deal after they had spent 10 hours hauling stuff... I paid over the phone on the following Monday, but it left me a bit embarassed.

Friendly team to deal with items arrived when expected and in
very good condition. Would recommend and definitely use again. AAA+
"Overall the service was very good"
Overall the service was very good but we had difficulty finding items when unpacking as the items were not labelled on the boxes correctly. It just made finding items more time consuming than it needed to be.

Day 1 - the packer was good, packed and labelled boxes well.
Day 2 - the removalists were strong, happy, and fetched and carried brilliantly. But they didn't label the last few boxes, and didn't pack them so well. I finished up with an apartment full of random boxes which it took me 4 days to sort out.
The girls packing did a very good job they would not have finished in the day if we didnt have two staff on site packing as well. I was advised the removal truck would be on site at 8.00 but did not arrive until after 9am. Would have appreciated being told of the delay as we made a special trip to site to meet them.
