Very good communication through the whole process of moving to another country.
Some plastic boxes that we had packed our belongings into were crushed resulting it some items being broken. Perhaps make others aware not to use these types of storage boxes?
Bolts for our bed were missing, when I enquired about this was told they were put back into the headboard which they were not. Later after buying new ones found the wrapped up and in a box that we hadn't opened yet.
Eliminated Any Stress
Wasw only a small move for your company, but the organisation after the original enquiry was very good. Made it very easy to move and eliminated any stress. Your office systems are very good and the two guys doing the shift, well you could not ask for better. They were helpful, courteous and got everything where e wanted it. Thank you Conroy Movers.

Conroy's were great to deal with & went out of their way to adjust our delivery time when we told them that we were moving in the morning rather than afternoon. Thanks so much to Cam for his great communication.

Impressed with the proffesionalism of the teams. Kept us informed and arrived before time! Great.
All the workers were great communicators, efficient and helpful. We thought some of the packing could have been better organised so as to help us on the unpack. For example, not mixing boxes with random items.
Really happy
couple of things:
1. and I am sure you get this all the time, (which is why I wondered why the answer given was not that great) - Insurance, this needs to be better communicated as to how and why etc, I am sure that it regularly causes grief, but with good delivery of the comms surrounding it, it would be quite reasonable to most people (IMHO)
2. It was not till the very last day (or few) that we actually got confirmation of the booking, so made it very anxious to see if we were actually going to have our stuff collected etc. I wonder if a 5% deposit might make the transaction a bit more stable, we (customer) lock in our dates etc., you (vendor) lock in your team etc.
3. Packers, they are amazing at what they do, everything packed so neatly and tightly, very impressive - up till the last 20 mins or so, this end of the truck was not as well packed or cared for, not a major but definately noticable. - hard, as most of the good stuff to 'block' stuff in (beds etc.), is already in the truck, maybe a cargo net type of thing might help this last section stay as packed?
Overall, really happy with the service, you guys are amazing, thanks for helping with our move :-)
Pick up at Patumahoe perfect except just one vital piece of furniture missed. Probably due to the fact that the first group had finished packing when the 2nd group arrived who came to wrap the furniture. The 3rd group packed the truck which was quickly and efficiently loaded. Perhaps we should have walked round more thoroughly with them. Our other criticism was the fact that when it came to unloading the Wellington team did not turn up until the van was nearly empty. Our family had to do most of the unloading with just one helper.
Great bunch of guys thanks regardless of fridge muck up all arrived in a good state. Missing one box of oils sauces and tea towels?? We were real lucky unloading between downpour. Thanks again.
