Packing was fast and efficient, timing of delivery was not clear, as storage time had to be organised.

It would be great if a single contact is provided to check the status and other enquires. Had to ring various branches to find the status before it got delivered. Derek from christchurch branch was very helpful.

There were two problems we encountered. 1) A dent in the wall when guys removed a couch from upstairs. 2) We didn't know that payment was expected in Cash..so were followed to the bank at the end of an exhaustive day to withdraw money.

We were very happy with the service we received from your business.  The two men that picked the goods up from our home were very efficient and friendly.  They both worked quickly and packed everything onto the truck with care.  The office staff also answered our questions with efficiency.

We believe we overbooked the cubic metres, as yet we haven't had this confirmed by the Chriscthurch office.

The job went well and the contact with the people in the office was very good also.

Truck guys were very nice.

Over all great service but sorry to say the online booking system made it really difficult for me to get a fair deal, and was actually quite time consuming. Maybe because I was seeking an hourly rate?? The guys who did the move were awesome, really friendly and hard working.

Communication and quality of service has been fantastic. Dissapointed to notice that we had items damaged and due to our items going straight into storage for a couple months, we were unable to check the remainding items for damage and by the time we do, they will no longer be covered under policy. Overall satisfisfaction, 4 out of 5.
