Good service. Good communication for the team dealing with my move when it hit New Zealand (despite some silly questions from me). Im dealing with three shipping loads at the moment so it did become chaotic. This Beijing-Wairarapa load has been held up the longest in transit (geting to the point of delivery took much longer than anticipated) but the team were generally good and as I have just moved into a temporary rental with the offer of a  returning client discount I would definitely use your services again : > ) Delivery boys today were great- careful and polite. Thanks everyone.

The only issue was it was very diffecult to get through to dispatch - tried several time and no option to leave message or tranfer back to reception.

Generally really good service and competitive price, value for money, absolutely. The movers were really nice, conroy should take pride in that. I suggest one improvement, the communication around delivery. There were a couple of issues.

1. My quote said that my delivery will be on the following wednesday, pickup was on Friday.

2. On Wednesday, I was told my stuff was still in Welly and was to be shiped on Friday and that delivery would take place the same day.

3. On Friday I was told it was up but still in the container, delivery will take place on Monday which it did.

Not a big issue to me but could be for a few people, solving that would bring your services from good to excellent.

Without the booking fees Conroy would be the most prefered moving company.
