Hi there,
We are still waiting for the piano guys to get in touch to bring the piano. Please get in touch about this as we are back to work and school next week and will be harder to schedule a time.
We also had one window broken by the removal men. Please give us the details for reimbursement and procedure.
Let us know how we get the boxes collected too now they are empty.

"Conroy's need to improve their communications"
There was only a very short notice of when the "removal items" were to be delivered ... we had to cancel a lawyers appointment to be there when the delivery was made. This caused a 3 day delay in the lawyers appointment. I had phoned Conroy's Napier office and asked what day the delivery was to be made and told them that we could wait until following week for the delivery.
Conroy's need to improve their communications
The men who handled the "move" we're all excellent and took great care of our furniture.

Wellington guys were awesome!!! The two Scotts went out of their way to talk to me and keep me company as they packed up my house. They both have brilliant people skills and were great problem solvers.
The chch guys were very young and clearly less experienced with problem solving and people skills but were nice guys. Chch had a few hiccups and some things marked for long term storage were delivered by mistake. I called the depot to sort out the return of my fridge which didnt fit in my unit and the misdelivered boxes and the guy could do with a bit of customer service training to be honest.
Office staff were great and your online systems are easy to use. My project manager changed without me knowing at one point though. Would have been good if she had emailed to tell me she was going on leave.
Overall the quality of service was great and I was well supported during a big life change :) Thanks Fi and team

We would use Conroy Removals again.
"very pleasant and arrived on time"
The guys were very pleasant and arrived on time. They loaded the truck well. Only one hickup, when carrying queen bed up the stairs going around the corner they knocked the corner, taking off paint and plaster. Apart from that we were pleased with their work
"pleasant experience on a particularly hot day"
The team that came out to Havelock North to pack the truck were personable, efficient and good humoured making for a pleasant experience on a particularly hot day.
Overall Conroys team did very well, BUT on delivery 2 items were damaged although they had initial protection this was removed and unit poorly handled to deliver, just careless and speed as the unpack team were late for something.
The original pack team were meticulous in the way "Lugs" covered and packed evrything, really great effort.
