A good service and everything arrived back intact except for 4 stemmed wine glasses - three from our best set and one ugly one. I suggest pack your own stemmed wine glasses or Conroy review methods for packing these.

Awesome guys, extremely helpful, friendly and very professional and that was in both Auckland and Hastings. The only gripe I had was the lack of communication from the dispatch team in Auckland. Not been contacted as to a time for uplift was stressful, and I feel unnecessary. Yes they are busy, but I also had things I needed to plan for and the lack of contact and me having to make phone calls did add a lot of pressure. But other than that was a great seamless move and I do appreciate that. Thank you.

Dear Trina, Many thanks for completing our customer review and providing your feedback. Unfortunately we are very aware that our level of communication is not where is should be. It does get compounded at this time of year with heavy workloads. The good news is we are currently testing some new technology which will provide significant assistance moving forward. Communication around timing could have been a little better. I had to chase people to get an idea of when my delivery would be.

"truck turned up earlier than the arranged time"

We had a confirm time two days out from the move then another time one day out from the move then the truck turned up earlier than the arranged time. The truck wasn't big enough to take all of our belongings. The two men did a great job happy with their service.

Unfortunately a very large volume of work at this time of year has place a tremendous amount on pressure our scheduling.
